Provide inbound and outbound customer support for Ohme EV charging products via phone, email and live chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate to Technical Support, manage vulnerable customers, meet KPIs, contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge, and support team culture. Role is hybrid in London with weekend rota.

Lead regional marketing for Southern Europe: define brand and product positioning, support sales partners, run campaigns and events, manage a small team, maintain CMS/CRM-driven digital and analytics, and align with EU marketing.

The MLOps Engineer will enhance ML infrastructure, deploying and monitoring models, ensuring scalability and security, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
