Provide desktop and hardware/software support: install, configure, upgrade, test, and troubleshoot systems and antivirus. Create user accounts, resolve password issues, evaluate new technologies, and advise on IT requirements. Work in a casino environment and perform related duties to ensure efficient operations.

Supervise and coordinate EVS custodial staff to maintain casino cleanliness and safety. Inspect public and back-of-house areas, enforce policies, train staff on emergency procedures, participate in performance management, and act in managers absence. Must work weekends/holidays and handle physical tasks and equipment operation.

Supervise day-to-day food and beverage outlets in the casino, manage cash/POS transactions, inventories, ordering, staff scheduling/training, ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and financial targets.

Provide HR support for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, compliance with employment and gaming regulations, and assist management with performance and personnel actions.
