Teams at OHKAY Casino Hotel

Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest service, accurate billing and night audit oversight. Handle reservations, guest inquiries and complaints, provide coaching, enforce procedures and support housekeeping and technical needs. Work all shifts in a casino environment and assist leadership as directed.

Provide desktop and hardware/software support: install, configure, upgrade, test, and troubleshoot systems and antivirus. Create user accounts, resolve password issues, evaluate new technologies, and advise on IT requirements. Work in a casino environment and perform related duties to ensure efficient operations.

Supervise and coordinate EVS custodial staff to maintain casino cleanliness and safety. Inspect public and back-of-house areas, enforce policies, train staff on emergency procedures, participate in performance management, and act in managers absence. Must work weekends/holidays and handle physical tasks and equipment operation.
