Provides safe, non-emergency transportation and high-quality care to hospice patients. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining medical transport vehicles, completing logs and service documentation, assisting with patient-care activities, supporting quality improvement, and precepting new staff. The full-time Dayton role requires daytime, nighttime, and inclement-weather driving, a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, background check, and drug screening.

Provides non-emergency medical transportation and basic EMT care for hospice patients. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering first aid and oxygen, applying splints, maintaining vehicle safety and supplies, documenting care electronically, supporting caregivers, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Build relationships with veteran organizations, promote hospice services, coordinate veteran recognition programs and events, support Honor Flight participation, and collaborate with clinical, volunteer, foundation, sales, and marketing teams to strengthen veteran-centered care and community outreach.

Designs, administers, and evaluates compensation programs, including salary structures, market benchmarking, incentives, bonuses, merit increases, and pay practices. Maintains compensation data, job titles, job codes, and descriptions in the HRIS. Provides salary recommendations, ensures legal compliance, supports compensation projects and employee inquiries, and partners with HR and organizational leaders on total rewards initiatives.

Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients and families during extended weekend hours across Columbus and Newark. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, skilled nursing interventions, interdisciplinary communication, clinical documentation, and promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The role requires driving in varied conditions and maintaining professional nursing and hospice standards.

Provides hospice and end-of-life nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This full-time extended-hours role involves three 12-hour overnight shifts weekly, every other weekend, holiday coverage, and driving throughout Columbus.
