Leads business development and sales strategy across hospice, palliative, and community-based care programs. Oversees regional business development, admissions, and referral teams; drives census growth, market expansion, provider relationships, and community engagement. Optimizes referral workflows through CRM tracking, data analysis, and AI-enabled technology while setting performance goals, managing personnel, monitoring operations, and resolving stakeholder concerns.

Provides Tier 1–3 technical support to hospice staff across on-site locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, peripherals, and systems; installing and maintaining equipment; administering users; documenting procedures; managing IT assets; assisting with backups; and supporting secure, compliant system operations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, Microsoft operating system experience, a technology-related associate degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Designs, administers, and evaluates compensation programs, including salary structures, market benchmarking, incentives, bonuses, merit increases, and pay practices. Maintains compensation data, job titles, job codes, and descriptions in the HRIS. Provides salary recommendations, ensures legal compliance, supports compensation projects and employee inquiries, and partners with HR and organizational leaders on total rewards initiatives.
