Manages Hospice Election Addendums and audits missed or incomplete HOPE and Symptom Follow-Up Visit assessments for regulatory compliance. Reviews clinical documentation, ensures timely patient and family information, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and identifies educational opportunities for care staff. The role is remote within Ohio, supports hospice quality processes, and requires independent prioritization, strong communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Provides hospice and end-of-life nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams while documenting care and maintaining professional nursing standards. This full-time extended-hours role involves three 12-hour overnight shifts weekly, every other weekend, holiday coverage, and driving throughout Columbus.
