Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for elderly residents; set up dining, wash dishes, collect trays, follow special diets, and support kitchen and dining operations under the Dietary Manager.

Coordinate and complete accurate MDS assessments, care plans, and electronic MDS transmissions for residents. Lead IDT for RAI process compliance, review and sign assessments, maximize reimbursement, and ensure resident-centered care via accurate documentation.

Provide professional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, take and transcribe telephone orders, maintain medication and medical supply inventories, perform physical assessments including admission/transfer/discharge, implement care plans, and document resident care according to facility policies.
