Prepares, cooks, and serves nutritious meals for residents, ensuring quality, service standards, and compliance with special diets. Supports kitchen and dining operations by setting up areas, washing dishes, collecting food trays, and assisting the Dietary Manager. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; food service or experience working with older adults is preferred.

Manages HR service delivery and partners with leadership on workforce strategy, recruiting, retention, and talent management. Oversees full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. Builds candidate pipelines through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, college programs, networking, and online recruiting platforms. Advises managers and employees on sensitive HR matters, accommodations, investigations, and terminations while supporting organizational values and operational excellence.
