The role requires meeting prospecting targets, including 50+ outbound calls daily, while collaborating effectively and developing strong knowledge of OFX’s financial solutions.

Leads the design, operation, security, and evolution of OFX’s AWS estate, CI/CD pipelines, and secure engineering platform. Builds standardized automation using GitHub Actions, scanning, and policy-as-code; embeds security, compliance, and reliability controls into delivery workflows. Reviews infrastructure changes, leads incident response, mentors engineering teams, influences stakeholders, and shapes platform and security strategy. Requires hands-on cloud security expertise, strong software engineering skills, enterprise DevSecOps experience, and participation in on-call rotations.

Reviews transaction monitoring alerts, analyzes customer activity against profiles, identifies fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing risks, and escalates concerns for investigation. The role supports financial crime investigations, regulatory compliance, process improvement, knowledge sharing, and high-quality service while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines.

Own and scale OFX’s global affiliate marketing channel by managing partner relationships, acquiring new publishers, negotiating CPA and hybrid commercial models, optimizing performance and profitability, and overseeing tracking, attribution, payouts, and compliance. The role requires hands-on administration of Impact and Salesforce, partner enablement, asset governance, performance analysis, and collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

Leads client onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk-rating reviews, and AML/CTF monitoring across Singapore and APAC. Oversees escalations, audits, remediation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, team performance, coaching, resource planning, and continuous improvement. Partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Client Protection, and frontline teams while reporting risk trends and operational metrics to leadership.
