Manage and nurture strategic customer relationships for a SaaS platform, drive adoption and satisfaction, lead renewals, upsells and expansion, conduct business reviews, define success KPIs, escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve processes to maximize net revenue retention and customer value. This is a 12–18 month maternity cover with potential to become permanent.

Provide technical support for a complex SaaS platform: handle email/chat tickets, reproduce and log bugs, troubleshoot integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, accounting, door access), use Postman/HTML/CSS for fixes, and translate customer feedback to product and dev teams.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers during a 12-18 month maternity cover. Drive renewals, upsells and multi-year commitments, conduct strategic business reviews, resolve escalations, define KPIs, improve processes, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering to enhance adoption and customer satisfaction.

Provide end-to-end commercial contracting, deal-desk support, and corporate compliance for a growing SaaS company. Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, partnership agreements and NDAs; manage legal intake and contract templates; maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendar; partner with Finance, People, Security, and go-to-market teams. Opportunity to grow into privacy, IP, employment, and product-related legal matters under General Counsel mentorship.
