Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, partnership agreements and NDAs; manage legal intake and contract templates; maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendar; partner with Finance, People, Security, and go-to-market teams. The Strategic Account Director manages relationships with Enterprise customers, driving product adoption and retention while mentoring team members and advocating for customer needs.

The Senior Backend Developer designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring performance and reliability, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with the team for strategic improvements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and end-to-end product features for e-commerce workflows. Debug production issues, write tests, review code, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to system architecture, tooling, and engineering standards to ensure performance and reliability.

Manage and nurture strategic customer relationships for a SaaS platform, drive adoption and satisfaction, lead renewals, upsells and expansion, conduct business reviews, define success KPIs, escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve processes to maximize net revenue retention and customer value. This is a 12–18 month maternity cover with potential to become permanent.

Provide technical support for a complex SaaS platform: handle email/chat tickets, reproduce and log bugs, troubleshoot integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, accounting, door access), use Postman/HTML/CSS for fixes, and translate customer feedback to product and dev teams.
