The Senior Backend Developer designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring performance and reliability, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with the team for strategic improvements.

Build and modernize integrations connecting a SaaS platform with payment, access-control, and accounting services. Design APIs, develop automated tests, migrate integrations to NestJS and TypeScript, implement AI-powered data mapping and sync monitoring, debug production synchronization issues, ensure reliability and idempotency, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as a responsive customer success partner for a SaaS platform. Respond to product, pricing, contract, and satisfaction inquiries; guide customers through the platform; manage escalations and renewals; identify usage, feedback, churn, and growth opportunities; coordinate with Marketing and cross-functional teams; and communicate customer insights to improve experience and retention.
