Supports mechanical product design and development, including 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, testing, validation, prototype builds, manufacturing launch, engineering changes, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional project teams while maintaining product information in SAP and documenting technical findings.

Leads general ledger accounting across the Americas, ensuring accurate financial statements under Swiss GAAP and local GAAP. Supervises accounting staff, reviews accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities, authorizes payments, coordinates financial close, resolves complex accounting issues, and improves accounting policies, procedures, and systems. Supports production controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance.

Assists with benefits and payroll inquiries, employee training coordination, recruiting, HRIS and personnel record maintenance, onboarding, exit interviews, policy communication, reporting, and administrative events. Requires familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree focused on human resources or a related business field. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
