Supports process facilitators across departments and shifts, coordinates improvement projects, promotes Kaizen methodologies, monitors roadmap compliance, and reports on operational performance. Requires manufacturing continuous improvement experience, change management leadership, auditing skills, lean certification, and strong presentation and team-coaching abilities.

Supports the evaluation, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Provides CNC department support through programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting. Develops work instructions and operator training materials, leads cross-functional PFMEA, Control Plan, and process-flow activities, performs competitive analysis, and improves production methods to reduce waste.

Drive sales growth across central Mexico for passenger vehicle and industrial customers. Responsibilities include managing regional accounts, prospecting new customers, generating opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, supporting complaints and field service, coordinating with local production sites, and managing sales activities through established systems. The role requires technical product knowledge, strong communication, relationship-building ability, mechanical and commercial aptitude, and an engineering or related bachelor’s degree with relevant technical experience.
