The Senior HR Generalist will support line managers, manage recruitment processes, administer HR duties, implement HR procedures, and handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Design and develop mechanical hand tools from concept through production. Create CAD models and detailed drawings, build prototypes, run FEA and tolerance/stress analyses, execute verification/validation testing, improve test equipment/procedures, resolve customer quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers using DFSS and technical risk management.

Manage end-to-end R&D development projects for mechanical and electro-mechanical hand tools, leading cross-functional teams from concept to series production. Drive project planning, risk management, DFSS/FEA activities, quality and process validation, stakeholder engagement, and meet QCT targets while liaising with application management and strategic partners.
