Design and develop mechanical hand tools from concept through production. Create CAD models and detailed drawings, build prototypes, run FEA and tolerance/stress analyses, execute verification/validation testing, improve test equipment/procedures, resolve customer quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers using DFSS and technical risk management.

Lead testing of software and firmware for next-generation digital products. Design, develop and execute manual and automated test cases for data ingestion, processing, storage, APIs and UI. Validate firmware and communication protocols, perform system-level, regression and non-functional testing, maintain test environments and CI/CD integration, and collaborate globally.
