The Head of Product will define and drive the product roadmap, focusing on developer and customer insights and ensure execution across teams, while shaping product research interface and priorities based on real user behavior.

Lead strategic, high-sensitivity research recruiting: partner with research leadership to define talent needs, map the research landscape, build long-term candidate relationships, run senior-level searches, advise on positioning and compensation, and establish talent intelligence and recruiting standards.

Provides high-trust executive support to the CTO, managing calendars, travel, logistics, meetings, events, commitments, and cross-functional follow-through. The role also handles ambiguous special projects, improves executive and organizational workflows, and coordinates board, investor, and external engagements across multiple time zones. Success requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced AI startup.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and CTO, manage calendars, travel, and logistics; plan events and board meetings; run day-to-day Palo Alto office operations; track leadership action items with the Chief of Staff; and lead special operational projects to improve execution and office experience.

Lead the ML platform and infrastructure (data, evaluation, compute). Own roadmap, build and scale distributed engineering teams, partner with Research and Applied ML to prioritize work, remain technically hands-on, and report to the CTO.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Data Engineering, Product). Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage multiple requisitions, and improve recruiting processes and tooling while operating at startup speed.

Lead HRIS strategy and maintenance, manage immigration sponsorship and compliance, build people analytics and dashboards, and own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance, retention, and offboarding. Partner with IT/Engineering and vendors to implement scalable systems, support total rewards and benefits administration, and drive data-informed workforce decisions.

Lead and grow Odyssey's Frontier ML research group, set and execute the research agenda across world simulation, multimodality, robotics, and multi-agent systems, run experiments hands-on, define publication strategy, and represent Odyssey externally.

The Data Program Manager bridges research and data operations, managing vendor relationships and ensuring effective data acquisition for AI projects while also tracking quality metrics and prioritizing stakeholder needs.

Serve as Odyssey's first in-house General Counsel: build the legal function and processes; manage corporate, commercial, employment, IP, data/privacy, and regulatory work; negotiate compute, multi-cloud, and hyperscaler deals; create contract templates and playbooks; manage cross-border entity, governance, and US employment compliance; decide in-house vs external counsel; support financings and board matters.

Manage delivery and execution of R&D and commercial partnerships: own timelines, milestones, onboarding, documentation, and cross-team coordination. Act as primary operational contact, resolve bottlenecks, ensure security diligence, and translate research blockers into actionable updates for leadership.

Partner with the CEO and Chief of Staff to define and execute high-impact strategic and operational projects. Research new products, markets, and business models for world models; build partnerships and investor materials; align cross-functional teams and drive priorities to completion. Provide analysis, competitive insight, and clear communications to shape company direction.
