Teams at Odyssey (odyssey.ml)

Serve as Odyssey's first in-house General Counsel: build the legal function and processes; manage corporate, commercial, employment, IP, data/privacy, and regulatory work; negotiate compute, multi-cloud, and hyperscaler deals; create contract templates and playbooks; manage cross-border entity, governance, and US employment compliance; decide in-house vs external counsel; support financings and board matters.

Manage delivery and execution of R&D and commercial partnerships: own timelines, milestones, onboarding, documentation, and cross-team coordination. Act as primary operational contact, resolve bottlenecks, ensure security diligence, and translate research blockers into actionable updates for leadership.

The Head of Product will define and drive the product roadmap, focusing on developer and customer insights and ensure execution across teams, while shaping product research interface and priorities based on real user behavior.
