Teams at Odyssey Hotel Group

Lead and develop the Groups & Events team to manage end-to-end group bookings and events across the hotel portfolio. Drive commercial performance through sales, pricing, upselling and cross-selling; manage high-value client relationships; ensure flawless event execution and operational standards; oversee proposals, contracts, billing, KPIs and reporting; represent Odyssey at industry events.

Manage group bookings, meetings and events from enquiry to execution, combining sales and event planning. Prepare proposals/contracts, coordinate logistics with hotel departments, act as client contact, oversee on-site event delivery, identify upsell opportunities, handle administration (billing, forecasting), and support local commercial initiatives and social media promotion in partnership with Marketing.

Lead hotel Engineering & Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of building systems (MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire safety). Manage preventive maintenance, vendors, CMMS (Transcendent/Actabl), asset records, budgets, energy initiatives, and a hands-on engineering team to support guest experience and compliance.
