Leads revenue and distribution strategy across a multi-property hotel portfolio. Oversees pricing, segmentation, inventory, forecasting, budgeting, market analysis, reporting, and revenue management systems. Advises hotel leadership, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and drives commercial performance, profitability, and process improvement across multiple regions.

Supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end and year-end close, financial recordkeeping, profitability analysis, accounts receivable and payable, audits, and internal controls. The role collaborates with hotel departments and the central Finance team to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliance.

The HR Business Partner aligns people strategies with business goals, supports managers and employees, leads engagement and learning initiatives, manages onboarding and HR administration in HiBob, ensures Spanish labor-law compliance, supports employee wellbeing, handles HR inquiries, and partners with department heads on recruitment.
