Provide clinical leadership and oversight of residential psychiatric program delivery, supervise and develop clinical staff, ensure compliance with licensure/accreditation, lead quality improvement, coordinate treatment teams, communicate with families and referral partners, and deliver training and clinical oversight for client-centered behavioral health care.

Provide day-to-day nutritional management and individualized meal planning for clients in a specialized behavioral healthcare facility. Conduct initial and follow-up nutrition assessments, write meal orders and protocols, supervise meals, counsel clients and families, lead nutrition and cooking groups, collaborate with physicians and clinical teams, approve menus, document care, and coordinate outpatient dietitian communication and nutrition-related aftercare.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an intensive outpatient mental health center: client intake and orientation, medical records and HIPAA-compliant documentation, payment collections, facility upkeep, reporting, admissions support, phone/IT coordination, and general administrative duties.
