Provides nursing care in a behavioral healthcare treatment facility, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, physician-order coordination, laboratory specimen collection, charting, risk identification, and client education. The RN supports admissions, transfers, discharges, treatment planning, therapeutic environments, controlled-medication security, and communication with medical and clinical teams. The role requires Tennessee RN licensure, behavioral healthcare experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and compliance with background, TB, driving, and other regulatory requirements.

Provides clinical nutrition services for clients in residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment. Responsibilities include nutritional education, individual counseling, caloric and healthy-weight monitoring, meal planning, food challenges, cooking groups, family meetings, discharge coordination, menu review, dietary policy support, and insurance documentation. The Dietitian also supports infection-control compliance and may perform dietary care specialist duties.

Develops and executes regional growth strategies for clinical inquiries and admissions. Builds referral relationships, manages strategic accounts, conducts outreach and facility tours, tracks activity in Salesforce, and analyzes market and CRM data to increase referrals and admissions. Coordinates with clinical, admissions, marketing, and leadership teams to improve client and referral experiences, remove care barriers, and support business development goals.
