Provides comprehensive nursing care for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders in an inpatient, residential, and PHP treatment setting. Conducts assessments, administers medications, reviews labs and physician orders, documents care, supports treatment planning and crisis intervention, maintains medication and records security, completes shift handoffs, assists with education and discharge planning, and leads wellness groups as needed.

Provide day-to-day nutritional management and meal planning for clients in a behavioral health treatment facility. Conduct initial and follow-up nutritional assessments, develop and adjust individualized meal and nutrition care plans, supervise meals, lead nutrition and cooking groups, consult with physicians and outpatient dietitians, approve menus, document care, and participate in treatment teams and aftercare planning.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an intensive outpatient mental health center: client intake and orientation, medical records and HIPAA-compliant documentation, payment collections, facility upkeep, reporting, admissions support, phone/IT coordination, and general administrative duties.
