Develops growth, sales, retention, referral, and account strategies; analyzes Salesforce data and admissions trends; trains teams; builds provider and community partnerships; monitors outreach quality; supports branding and marketing initiatives; and drives inquiry, admissions, market share, and revenue goals through strategic alliances and continuous process improvement.

Develops and executes regional growth strategies for behavioral health clinical partnerships, referrals, and admissions. Builds relationships with clinical partners, community organizations, referral sources, and families; analyzes market and utilization data; prioritizes opportunities; coordinates with treatment and leadership teams; and executes sales, retention, and account-closing strategies. The role focuses on increasing referrals, improving care coordination, removing access barriers, and expanding awareness of residential treatment services across Maryland.

Drive regional growth in the Lehigh Valley by building healthcare professional and community partnerships, promoting behavioral health services, prioritizing high-potential markets, and executing sales and retention strategies. The role develops growth plans using market and utilization data, manages key account opportunities, coordinates with clinical and admissions teams, and supports referral and resident experiences. This hybrid position requires up to 50% travel.
