Conduct sector-focused equity research, prepare monthly stock pitches with detailed valuations and trading-multiples analysis, and produce written research reports to support the fund's investment decisions while collaborating with the analyst team.

Oversee HR workflows and operations for the fund: create and maintain job postings, manage recruitment and interviews, organize candidate onboarding, motivate team members, and ensure confidentiality and high-quality HR processes.

Lead creation of promotional content for ODT Capital across social media, website, and in-person event materials. Produce and edit video and imagery, use Adobe and Microsoft Office, follow templates and style guidelines, and apply prior personal or professional content-editing experience.

Support Vice-President and analyst team by researching and pitching equities, leading teams and meetings, building detailed valuation models (DCF, DDM, RIM), and producing research reports to articulate investment ideas.
