Manage daily warehouse operations across picking, packing, routing, and dispatch to meet fulfillment timelines. Supervise and coach Ops Leads and hourly associates, drive SOP adherence and quality, support onboarding and training, resolve floor-level issues, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse while supporting warehouse systems like Netsuite and RF Smart.

Own internal IT operations and manage the MSP relationship: set expectations and SLAs, hold vendor accountable, co-manage IT budget, and co-own security and compliance (SOC 2/PCI). Act as internal technical decision-maker, translate business needs for vendors, and partner with operations, engineering, and leadership. Limited direct reports; vendor-delivered day-to-day support.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage P&L and site budget, lead and develop warehouse and driver teams, ensure timely deliveries, enforce SOPs and safety, use systems to troubleshoot, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
