Own the $40–50M Shopify-based B2B ecommerce business as its general manager, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, merchandising, pricing, promotions, site experience, conversion, analytics, forecasting, and the Shopify roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams and influence Marketing and Operations partners to improve acquisition, AOV, retention, margins, and expansion into new customer segments.

Own retention and revenue growth for a large, multi-market portfolio of single-location accounts via remote, scalable communication. Build segmentation, cadences, tooling, and playbooks; run proactive selling motions (cross-sell, category expansion, adoption campaigns); partner with marketing and field operations to surface market-level insights; establish reporting and operating cadence; and grow the function from individual contributor into a managed team.

Own internal IT operations and manage the MSP relationship: set expectations and SLAs, hold vendor accountable, co-manage IT budget, and co-own security and compliance (SOC 2/PCI). Act as internal technical decision-maker, translate business needs for vendors, and partner with operations, engineering, and leadership. Limited direct reports; vendor-delivered day-to-day support.
