Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage P&L and site budget, lead and develop warehouse and driver teams, ensure timely deliveries, enforce SOPs and safety, use systems to troubleshoot, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Lead internal IT operations and manage the MSP relationship, ensuring SLAs, security and compliance (SOC 2/PCI), vendor accountability, IT budgeting, and alignment of IT systems with operations. Partner with DevOps, engineering, and leadership to translate business needs into vendor-executed technical solutions.

Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, routing, dispatch, and P&L management. Manage and develop warehouse associates and drivers, enforce SOPs and safety, handle customer issues, analyze KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational and financial improvements.
