Welcomes spa guests, manages reception and appointments, promotes treatments and retail products, processes payments, maintains guest records, supports a relaxing front-desk environment, handles feedback, and assists therapists and managers with daily administrative and inventory tasks.

Oversee operations, financial performance, service quality, inventory, marketing, and team development across multiple spa outlets. Own cluster-level P&L, optimize revenue, control costs, maintain wellness and brand standards, improve guest satisfaction and NPS, manage escalations, and coach Spa Managers and staff. Collaborate on local promotions, wellness events, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns to increase visibility and footfall.

Own cluster P&L, optimize revenue, control costs, enforce wellness and brand standards, conduct operational audits, and improve guest satisfaction and retention. Lead and coach spa managers, coordinate training, manage escalations, and collaborate with marketing on local promotions, partnerships, wellness events, and seasonal campaigns.
