Act as the Founder’s right hand to drive strategy and execution across the Realms Group. Conduct deep market research and business cases, synthesize customer insights into strategic roadmaps, use AI tools to automate research and content, translate strategy to product/technical teams, prepare C-level and board-ready materials, and scout M&A and competitive opportunities.

Design, build, and operate real-time ingestion and transformation pipelines (dbt, SQL, Python).
