Own the editorial calendar and produce long-form and social content across blogs, LinkedIn, email, sales collateral, websites, and press releases. Translate technical input from internal experts into credible, engaging narratives, manage social execution, adapt video content, coordinate PR distribution, and analyze performance to improve content strategy. The role requires independent execution in a remote, fast-moving B2B technology environment serving a global esports betting audience.

Own and evolve Oddin’s brand strategy, visual identity, creative direction, and brand system across digital, campaigns, events, sales materials, employer branding, and product launches. Develop creative concepts, manage internal designers and external agencies, create briefs, maintain quality standards, and build scalable templates and processes. Use AI-enabled workflows for creative exploration, image and video production, prototyping, versioning, and automation.

Own end-to-end product design for complex back-office tools supporting trading, risk, operations, and data teams. Work directly with internal users to understand workflows, simplify data-heavy experiences, validate solutions, and iterate. Build and evolve a scalable design system using existing component libraries and frameworks while partnering closely with product and engineering.
