Integrates sportsbook products with customer platforms, provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves issues, coordinates with customer IT teams and internal product, development, and sales teams, and maintains technical documentation. The role supports multiple international B2B customers and may require travel. Familiarity with sports betting, web technologies, APIs, databases, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON is valuable.

Acquire sportsbook clients across LATAM, drive revenue, negotiate contracts, accelerate adoption, and build strategic relationships within the betting ecosystem. The role requires articulating technical value propositions for esports solutions, developing partnerships, supporting product improvements, and evangelizing esports betting. Candidates should have iGaming and direct B2B sales experience, sportsbook decision-maker connections, strong communication skills, and English and Spanish proficiency; Portuguese is advantageous.

Monitor live and pre-match betting activity, profile players, investigate suspicious patterns and incidents, assess risk exposure, review bets and settlements, and make day-to-day account and risk decisions. Communicate with B2B operators and providers, collaborate with Trading, Product, and Development, prepare reports, use internal risk and trading tools, and help improve desk processes. The role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
