Drive projects from planning to launch, coordinate stakeholders, build and develop teams, and enforce performance standards while promoting company culture.

Lead end-to-end product development for live, real-time avatar products. Translate research into shippable features, own roadmaps, run operating cadence, ensure live streaming reliability, manage stakeholders, and validate with data and user feedback.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for multiple business units, managing employee relations, workforce planning, performance cycles, engagement (eNPS), HR metrics analysis, manager coaching, and resolution of complex people issues in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
