Manages administrative vehicle title processes, including lien perfection follow-up, title research, issue remediation, dealer and customer communications, data entry, reporting, documentation, and escalation. Maintains title records, tracks dealer performance, researches state titling requirements, supports compliance, and assists title management workflows. Requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, communication, multitasking, and knowledge of vehicle titling and auto finance processes.

Owns the consumer credit reporting and Fair Credit Reporting Act risk governance program. Leads Metro 2 file creation, data quality audits, CRA submissions, dispute management, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and exception resolution. Manages Dispute Analysts, oversees SLAs and quality assurance, and partners with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Engineering on automation, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.

The Remarketing Specialist I is responsible for auction support, managing repossession inventory, performing data entry, communicating with dealers, and generating reports to optimize remarketing processes.
