Build and own connected systems and automations across Operations, Accounting, and Revenue. Responsibilities include automating location activation, client reporting and billing preparation, forecasting visibility, cross-team data integrations, adoption and training, request prioritization, and documentation. The role requires software development, SQL, API integrations, process discovery, workflow redesign, and ownership of deployed tooling and its failures.

Lead delivery across product, engineering, and QA for a distributed parking technology platform. Remain hands-on while improving system reliability, API architecture, integrations, CI/CD, testing, observability, and event-driven infrastructure. Partner with the AI team, sequence the roadmap, manage tradeoffs, and hire and develop engineers. Own production quality, incident response, scalability, and the evolution of partner-facing APIs serving booking channels and access-control systems.

Own the client's first 60 days: manage handoff from Sales, drive activation with Implementation, collect W-9/ACH for Accounting, train clients on OCRA reporting, perform invoice reviews, provide proactive early support, and execute a documented handoff to Strategic Account Managers and Revenue Optimization Managers.

Own day-to-day delivery as Technical Product Owner: translate business needs into clear user stories, run agile ceremonies, manage sprints and backlog, remove blockers, ensure QA readiness, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver predictable, high-quality engineering outcomes.

Drive new business for Ocra's hotel parking revenue management software by prospecting, securing face-to-face meetings, delivering presentations and proposals, managing pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot CRM, and closing accounts while collaborating with a small startup team.

Manage a portfolio of hotel parking assets to maximize revenue through dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and analytics. Own client relationships, deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations, collaborate with product and engineering to optimize platform use, and implement SOPs to scale operations and onboarding.

Design, build, and maintain full‑stack SaaS features; develop and optimize APIs; write well‑tested code; collaborate on architecture and reviews; document runbooks and onboarding; diagnose SQL and scaling performance in AWS; and experiment with AI tools to improve development and product capabilities.
