Prepare financial statements, management accounts, bookkeeping entries, reconciliations, VAT returns, and audit support for diverse client entities. Review deliverables, maintain accurate working papers, collaborate across jurisdictions, and guide junior accountants. The role requires knowledge of IFRS, accounting and financial reporting expertise, client and auditor relationship management, and a relevant accounting qualification or equivalent experience.

Own a diverse client portfolio and prepare, review, and deliver financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, reconciliations, and reporting. Partner with clients, auditors, and internal teams while ensuring IFRS-compliant accuracy and quality. Review colleagues’ work, provide technical accounting guidance, coach junior staff, maintain documentation, and contribute to budgeting and process-improvement initiatives across jurisdictions.

Supports capital markets clients and securitisation structures throughout the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, entity establishment, due diligence, corporate administration, governance coordination, statutory filings, record maintenance, issuance and redemption support, billing, and stakeholder relationship management. The role works with clients, advisers, banks, regulators, notaries, and internal teams while preparing board materials, meeting minutes, and corporate documentation.
