Lead the local Client Excellence team to improve client outcomes through data-driven insights, governance, AML/CFT and regulatory guidance, stakeholder partnership, continuous improvement, and risk-aware service delivery.

Provide payment processing and cash management support for fund administration, including preparing and reviewing payment runs, supplier setup callbacks, filing, post-payment controls, workflow management, KPI support, and cross-jurisdiction collaboration to meet SLAs and ensure accuracy.

Prepare and review financial reporting for a portfolio of closed-ended private equity funds, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contractual obligations. Calculate NAVs, set up reporting for new funds, liaise with clients, auditors and advisers, attend board meetings, support administration and investor services, and ensure regulatory and statutory reporting requirements are met.
