Supports day-to-day administration of fund structures, including client relationships, cash flows, payments, invoices, banking, foreign exchange, transaction records, investment guideline monitoring, statutory compliance, audits, and process improvement. Works closely with fund accounting teams, managers, clients, and professional advisers to ensure accurate deliverables, effective risk management, and compliance with governing documents and internal policies.

Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients and oversee NAV calculations, fund accounting deliverables, investor reporting, reconciliations, regulatory filings, audits, and year-end processes. Lead and mentor fund accountants, resolve complex client and operational issues, strengthen controls, improve automation and efficiency, and support client relationships and business growth.

Partners with fund services teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and design scalable technology-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include documenting processes and controls, configuring low-code solutions, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, supporting testing and implementation, managing data migration and training, monitoring workflows, and contributing to transformation projects. The role also involves stakeholder presentations, project updates, risk tracking, and continuous improvement across jurisdictions.
