Manage a portfolio of structured finance and debt clients, prepare final bookkeeping entries and complex financial statements (LUX GAAP/IFRS), review reconciliations and interim reporting, oversee VAT/tax and regulatory reporting, supervise and coach junior accountants, liaise with clients and auditors, and support budgets and cross-jurisdictional accounting.

Manage end-to-end U.S. benefits administration including enrollment, billing, reconciliations, vendor management, leave programs, compliance (ACA, COBRA, ERISA), employee communications, and partnering with HR, Payroll and Finance to maintain accurate records and improve processes.

Prepare and review financial reporting for a portfolio of closed-ended private equity funds, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contractual obligations. Calculate NAVs, set up reporting for new funds, liaise with clients, auditors and advisers, attend board meetings, support administration and investor services, and ensure regulatory and statutory reporting requirements are met.
