Lead fund accounting delivery for a client portfolio, overseeing preparation and review of financial statements, NAV calculations, management accounts, reconciliations, VAT and tax returns. Act as primary client and auditor contact, manage team workloads, coach staff, support budgeting and resource planning, identify and escalate risks, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Own preparation of financial statements and management accounts for a client portfolio, perform reconciliations, prepare VAT returns, support audits, review junior work, maintain working papers, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

Drive new business and revenue across the Americas for private client, trust and corporate services. Build and convert pipelines, lead sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement, negotiate commercial terms, collaborate across jurisdictions, expand client relationships through cross-sell/upsell, and represent the firm at events to strengthen brand and win complex opportunities.
