Administers anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, and other painful clinical procedures under physician supervision. Assesses patients before, during, and after anesthesia, maintains patient safety, documents procedures, collaborates with clinical teams, supports quality assurance, and complies with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Administer anesthesia and assess patients before, during, and after surgical, obstetrical, and other painful clinical procedures under physician supervision. Document procedures and incidents, ensure patient safety, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, residents, fellows, staff, patients, and families, and participate in quality assurance and professional development activities. The role requires flexible 24/7, weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.

Provides telemetry-unit patient care using the nursing process, delegates and coordinates nursing resources, educates patients and families, evaluates outcomes, supports interdisciplinary teamwork, and promotes quality, safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Requires a current registered nurse license and Basic Life Support certification.
