Teams at OceanX

Manage and expand OceanX’s APAC partnerships by stewarding funders, cultivating major-gift prospects, securing funding commitments, maintaining donor CRM records, coordinating events, and representing the organization across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role requires strong nonprofit fundraising, relationship management, project coordination, communication, and multitasking skills, with regional travel and occasional work aboard the OceanXplorer.

Leads OceanX’s global IT function, including enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, user support, governance, budgeting, vendors, and technology risk. Oversees a distributed team and external partners while separating IT infrastructure from the parent organization. Drives modernization, integrations, AI adoption, cybersecurity programs, business continuity, employee training, and reliable technology services across offices, vessels, education, media, and global operations.

The Director of Public Events will lead public-facing programs, manage a cross-functional team, develop strategies, and cultivate partnerships to enhance OceanX Education's mission.
