Lead the product lifecycle for shared platform services (administration, onboarding, APIs, security). Partner with engineering to define scalable, secure solutions, translate technical and operational needs into user stories and release plans, improve operational/admin workflows, prioritize platform initiatives, and align cross-functional teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities for OceanMD's healthcare products.

Support provincial digital health program delivery by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking actions, risks, decisions, and deliverables, preparing reports and governance materials, and improving processes to ensure consistent execution and client updates.

Design, develop, and deliver features for a patient engagement and eReferral platform. Work across a three-week Agile sprint cycle on solution design, implementation, code review, testing, and delivery. Collaborate with product managers and developers, contribute to technical decisions, and share knowledge via learning days to improve platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, production-ready patient engagement and eReferral software. Contribute across the full SDLC, provide technical leadership on larger initiatives, collaborate in Agile sprints, mentor teammates, and drive architectural decisions to deliver reliable healthcare solutions.
