Lead the product lifecycle for shared platform services (administration, onboarding, APIs, security). Partner with engineering to define scalable, secure solutions, translate technical and operational needs into user stories and release plans, improve operational/admin workflows, prioritize platform initiatives, and align cross-functional teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities for OceanMD's healthcare products.

Support provincial digital health program delivery by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking actions, risks, decisions, and deliverables, preparing reports and governance materials, and improving processes to ensure consistent execution and client updates.

The Senior Program Account Manager will lead a major provincial program focused on digital health solutions, manage senior stakeholder relationships, coordinate complex initiatives, and ensure project delivery.
