Designs and develops instructor-led, web-based, virtual, and multimedia training for government and other audiences. Conducts needs and gap analyses, translates technical knowledge into learning objectives and materials, manages multiple learning projects, administers LMS content, supports training delivery, and evaluates learning effectiveness. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts while ensuring compliance with government accreditation and agency requirements.

Owns the Product Data Management platform and digital parts library, including administration, workflows, integrations, data governance, security, compliance, performance, and user support. Manages engineering change processes, CAD and BOM data integrity, cloud and infrastructure coordination, and continuous improvement. Leads PDM administrators and component specialists while collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, IT, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

Coordinates personnel allocation, readiness, travel, training, certifications, immigration, deployment documentation, equipment maintenance, inventory, audits, and operational support for offshore activities. Communicates with business groups to ensure parts, tools, and system needs are met, assists with non-conformance closure, supports personnel mobilization, and organizes operational excellence initiatives. The role requires occasional site visits, travel, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
