Coordinate offshore crew allocations, mobilizations, and journey management with Global Mobility; track contractor utilization and requisitions; ensure personnel readiness, training compliance, HSE, quality, and operational excellence; liaise with Project Management, Training & Competency teams.

Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, chat and remote tools. Troubleshoot Windows and business applications, log and manage incidents/service requests through closure, meet SLAs, and coordinate with internal IT teams. Work in a 24x7 rotational-shift environment and maintain accurate ticket documentation and user communication.

Develop and publish Task Group Instructions (TGIs) for submarine maintenance by researching drawings, manuals, and standards; use ATIS and databases; prepare work packages, maintain TGI configuration, and progress planner qualification. Collaborate with SMEs and follow OII-MSD/NAVSEA procedures and ISO-9000 requirements.
