Design, develop, and lead software efforts for one-of-a-kind underwater systems. Drive software architecture, requirements, documentation, and testing (unit, safety, qualification). Interface with engineering leads, program managers, and customers; perform trade studies, support factory/offsite/offshore testing, prepare ConOps/ICDs/hazard analyses/test plans, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead HMI/frontend software efforts for underwater and robotic systems. Design and maintain architecture, lead a small team, manage requirements and testing, coordinate with electrical/mechanical leads and customers, support factory/offshore testing, and produce system documentation and CDRLs.

Lead hands-on data engineering and architecture for a classified on-prem Analytics Core: build ETL/ELT pipelines, clean and model 30 years of multi-modal and geospatial data, integrate ESRI spatial data, establish AI/ML feature standards, enforce DoD-aligned governance, and mentor transitioning staff to operationalize the solution.
