Responsibilities include developing courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline, producing graphics, layouts, animations, and other multimedia assets, packaging content using SCORM and xAPI, ensuring accessibility and responsive performance, and testing deployment across LMS platforms. The role collaborates with instructional designers and subject matter experts and validates course tracking, completion, scoring, and reporting.
