Own the TM Master product backlog and roadmap, translating maritime operational needs into user stories, priorities, and software releases. Collaborate with engineering, customers, Sales, Support, and Implementation teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Use maritime domain expertise, Planned Maintenance Systems knowledge, SQL analysis, and customer feedback to improve compliance, maintenance, procurement, vessel performance, and operational efficiency.

Owns the TM Master product backlog and roadmap, translating maritime customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and software improvements. Collaborates with engineering in Agile/Scrum delivery, leads backlog and sprint activities, and engages customers and internal stakeholders. Applies maritime operations, planned maintenance, safety, compliance, and vessel performance expertise to prioritize features. Tracks product KPIs, uses SQL-based analysis, and supports continuous product improvement.

Develop and maintain high-performance maritime software using .NET, Python, cloud technologies, and modern architectural patterns. Design, test, debug, document, and optimize applications while delivering new features and supporting existing systems. Collaborate with product owners, project leaders, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Implement unit and functional tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot user issues, and continuously improve system reliability, performance, and code quality.
