Manages the day-to-day operations of a global Technical Services team delivering technical support, order fulfillment, and software deployments. Responsibilities include workforce planning, resource allocation, SLA and KPI performance, customer escalations, operational reporting, process documentation, coaching, recruitment support, training, and continuous improvement. The manager may provide hands-on technical assistance during high-demand periods or complex customer issues and supports 24x7 operational coverage.

Provides broad HR consulting support to business leaders across employee relations, performance, absence, conduct, workforce management, immigration, work authorization, restructuring, M&A, talent, succession, compensation, and diversity initiatives. Partners with People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise on strategic programs, cyclical activities, transformation, and continuous improvement. Advises and coaches managers, supports change, uses analytics, and collaborates globally across time zones.

Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for OneOcean SaaS products: drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, contract negotiations, ROI/business cases, stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with sales, Rev Ops and Deal Desk to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
