Supervise plant operations and production teams on a rotating night shift. Responsibilities include scheduling personnel, executing production plans, coaching and developing employees, monitoring equipment and process controls, supporting quality and safety compliance, leading continuous improvement, managing labor and operations budgets, and maintaining positive employee relations.

Develop and execute international transportation strategies for finished goods, managing ocean freight, carriers, freight forwarders, export documentation, compliance, budgets, and transportation performance. The role leads carrier sourcing, freight spend management, cost optimization, claims, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering with sales, planning, manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and external logistics providers. It requires extensive transportation operations and carrier management experience across multiple modes, with approximately 10% travel.

Supports the global order-to-cash cycle by monitoring orders, resolving pricing, inventory, transportation, credit, and invoicing issues, and communicating with customers, brokers, and internal teams. Analyzes service metrics, fill rates, OTIF, inventory, and deductions; prepares performance reports; supports EDI, customer compliance, account setup, master data, process improvements, and ERP or portal implementations.
