Lead all financial operations for a resort, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, compliance, team leadership, cross-departmental financial analysis, and executive reporting.

Plan and manage executive meetings and events end-to-end: coordinate logistics, scheduling, vendors, and internal teams; prepare budgets and reports; ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.

Assist Chief Engineer in managing hotel engineering operations: supervise staff, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC/electrical/plumbing, operate building automation and energy systems, support capital projects, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and act as Chief Engineer when absent.

Greet guests and manage booking and registration processes. Schedule and confirm appointments, notify therapists, process payments, promote spa services and retail, maintain records, perform opening/closing, ensure cleanliness and professional presentation, and assist with inventory and guest information.

Lead all engineering and facilities operations for an oceanfront resort, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment, and life-safety systems; manage preventive maintenance, budgets, capital projects, vendor relationships, and compliance; recruit, train, and lead the engineering team; respond to emergencies and enforce safety protocols.
