Lead all financial operations for a resort, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, compliance, team leadership, cross-departmental financial analysis, and executive reporting.

Leads resort engineering and facilities operations, overseeing building systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, budgets, capital projects, vendor management, records, and emergency response. Recruits, schedules, trains, coaches, and evaluates engineering staff while supporting guest satisfaction and protecting hotel assets. The role requires hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment, life safety, automation, and energy management systems.

Responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing business within assigned hotel market segments to maximize revenue. Maintain client relationships, perform site inspections, track account performance, run promotions, and use the hotel's sales management system (Delphi FDC) and PMS to enter business, generate reports, and meet sales goals.
