Leads hotel engineering staff while maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, boilers, pumps, pool heaters, appliances, and building automation systems. Conducts inspections, responds to guest repair requests, performs preventive maintenance and Engineer on Duty duties, ensures safety compliance, and trains team members. Requires at least two years of building maintenance experience, relevant trade education, and applicable certifications or licenses.

Lead all financial operations for a resort, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, compliance, team leadership, cross-departmental financial analysis, and executive reporting.

Leads resort engineering and facilities operations, overseeing building systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, budgets, capital projects, vendor management, records, and emergency response. Recruits, schedules, trains, coaches, and evaluates engineering staff while supporting guest satisfaction and protecting hotel assets.
