Teams at Ocado Logistics

Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify efficiency opportunities, optimize operations, develop dashboards and data models, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders. The role collaborates with engineers and multidisciplinary teams, leads analytics projects, supports process improvements, and mentors junior analysts across routing, fulfilment, labour planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution.

Manage daily LGV operations, including driver teams, shift schedules, fleet coordination, facilities, compliance, safety, and service delivery. Lead and develop a high-performing team while maintaining regulatory standards and representing the Ocado brand professionally. Logistics or transportation experience is advantageous but not required; transferable people-management and organizational skills are welcomed. The role includes day and night shifts and requires a current UK driving license.

The role also involves stakeholder communication, facility oversight, brand representation, and maintaining efficient service delivery. Logistics or transportation experience is advantageous but not required, with training available for relevant road haulage qualifications.
