Own and deliver end-to-end payroll for a payroll area: validate data, calculate pay, submit HMRC RTI, manage statutory payments and deductions, perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, liaise with HR/Finance/third parties, ensure compliance and drive process improvements.

Lead organisational assessments and design, develop data-driven structure and role recommendations, partner with senior leaders and People Partners, and drive implementation and change management for transformational projects across the logistics business.

Lead engineering and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement, shift to predictive asset management, manage CAPEX and costs, improve uptime and equipment life, and build capability and culture across a high-volume automated site.
