Own and execute the enterprise data platform strategy, translating logistics objectives into product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. Bridge data engineering, analytics, and business leadership while driving data quality, lineage, contracts, governance, and catalog adoption. Manage brownfield architectures, balance scalability with operational needs, and leverage cloud data warehouse capabilities such as BigQuery to improve the logistics technology ecosystem.

Leads data-driven process improvement projects across logistics sites, investigating root causes, eliminating operational losses, redesigning process maps and standards, monitoring KPIs, and embedding sustainable operational excellence. The role partners with frontline operators, subject matter experts, process owners, and leadership to distinguish process-design issues from execution challenges and deliver practical improvements.

Lead a key warehouse operation, managing 4–5 Area Managers and supporting large teams to achieve productivity, efficiency, service, and safety targets. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, building an engaging culture, improving processes, supporting continuous improvement, collaborating across teams, and contributing to recruitment and strategic projects. The role requires rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, four days per week across a seven-day operation.
