Own the full sales cycle for Obvio’s AI-assisted traffic enforcement solutions across a national territory. Sell to state and local government agencies, navigate complex procurement and buying committees, build customer business cases, support pilots, and develop executive relationships. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, messaging, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market processes while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.

Reviews and annotates video footage to identify traffic events and potential violations, verifies detailed incident data, follows strict confidentiality protocols, and provides feedback to improve annotation tools and processes. The role requires careful attention to detail, accurate data review, timely completion of work, and collaboration in training and team meetings. This is a full-time, on-site position in Salt Lake City with occasional overtime.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market to enterprise opportunities within government agencies, focusing on public safety and transportation. Responsibilities include developing business cases, collaborating with product and engineering, and refining sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate court operations, dockets, records, schedules, and communications across the DMV region. Support customer onboarding, issue resolution, community engagement, and relationships with courts, municipalities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders. Attend meetings and public events, gather customer feedback, maintain documentation, and help improve operational workflows. The role combines administrative coordination with regular local field travel and customer-facing responsibilities.

Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing for market launches. Own narrative design, creative direction, channel planning, measurement, thought leadership, and localized promotional support to drive municipal adoption and community engagement.

Lead and write end-to-end RFP/proposal responses tailored to municipalities, ensuring compliance and compelling storytelling. Research municipal priorities, statutes, and incumbent history; partner with operations and technical teams; build and maintain proposal assets. Create external content: blog posts, op-eds, one-pagers, product explainers, and marketing collateral while maintaining a consistent voice and tracking contract wins.

The Account Executive will drive revenue in the DMV region, managing the full sales cycle for Obvio AI's traffic law enforcement solutions, particularly for government and public sector entities.

Lead design and optimization of embedded software for AI traffic cameras: architect real-time inference pipelines, optimize C++ for power-constrained edge hardware, integrate sensors/comms/power systems, build testing/debugging frameworks, ensure field reliability, and mentor engineers across teams.
