The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market to enterprise opportunities within government agencies, focusing on public safety and transportation. Responsibilities include developing business cases, collaborating with product and engineering, and refining sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and write end-to-end RFP/proposal responses tailored to municipalities, ensuring compliance and compelling storytelling. Research municipal priorities, statutes, and incumbent history; partner with operations and technical teams; build and maintain proposal assets. Create external content: blog posts, op-eds, one-pagers, product explainers, and marketing collateral while maintaining a consistent voice and tracking contract wins.

Lead design and scaling of backend infrastructure for high-throughput annotation and review pipelines. Build reliable, observable, and secure distributed systems, define clean APIs, collaborate with product/ML/ops, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers to improve system ownership and engineering quality.
