Responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, fiat and cryptocurrency payment processing, bank and wallet reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, month-end close, vendor management, 1099 support, historical record cleanup, and workflow documentation. The role supports Delaware and Puerto Rico entities, multiple currencies, and evolving accounting processes in a remote-first environment.

Sell complex engineering engagements to financial institutions across long enterprise sales cycles. Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract signing, work with technical teams to scope solutions, maintain HubSpot pipeline, and build ecosystem partnerships within Canton and broader blockchain/capital markets.
