Own complex software engineering engagements from planning and kickoff through production delivery and close. Translate client objectives into milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans; monitor project health; identify and mitigate risks; facilitate delivery ceremonies; support engineering teams; and communicate status, trade-offs, and changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires technical understanding of software development, distributed teams, evolving requirements, and client-facing delivery.

Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, tax, reporting, and controls across a growing global, multi-entity organization. Manage digital asset accounting and treasury, institutional client diligence, audit readiness, year-end close, board reporting, and finance team development. Build scalable financial processes and infrastructure while supporting expansion into London and Asia Pacific.

Provide interim accounting support across a multi-entity business through year-end close and into 2027. Responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, fiat and cryptocurrency payment processing, bank and wallet reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, month-end close, vendor management, 1099 support, historical record cleanup, and workflow documentation. The role supports Delaware and Puerto Rico entities, multiple currencies, and evolving accounting processes in a remote-first environment.

Sell complex engineering engagements to financial institutions across long enterprise sales cycles. Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract signing, work with technical teams to scope solutions, maintain HubSpot pipeline, and build ecosystem partnerships within Canton and broader blockchain/capital markets.
