Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software using functional programming principles. Apply strong typing, domain modeling, and abstraction to solve complex engineering problems across backend, distributed systems, financial infrastructure, blockchain, and developer tooling. Collaborate with engineers and clients, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, investigate issues, review code, communicate trade-offs, and improve engineering practices.

Leads complex technical projects from planning through delivery, coordinating engineers, technical leads, clients, and leadership. Defines scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables; tracks risks, dependencies, blockers, and progress; manages expectations and scope changes; improves delivery processes; and supports resource planning. The role requires strong software development lifecycle knowledge, technical credibility, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.

Own complex software engineering engagements from planning and kickoff through production delivery and close. Translate client objectives into milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans; monitor project health; identify and mitigate risks; facilitate delivery ceremonies; support engineering teams; and communicate status, trade-offs, and changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires technical understanding of software development, distributed teams, evolving requirements, and client-facing delivery.
