Plans and delivers operational-level instruction and education, supports senior-leader seminars and military schools, applies intelligence planning processes, and produces after-action and exercise evaluation reports. Requires extensive Marine Corps and joint planning experience, advanced security clearance, military education, and 30–40% travel.

Conducts technical surveillance countermeasures inspections using specialized techniques and advanced detection equipment to identify clandestine devices in secure facilities. Determines mission scope, manages equipment logistics and inspection data, prepares reports, supports compliance with Intelligence Community and Department of State directives, advises leadership, and assists with technical, physical, construction, and transit security matters. Requires 20–25% domestic travel and work at designated Virginia locations.

Develops and maintains data-driven tools for Diplomatic Security risk and threat assessments. Collects, integrates, analyzes, and securely manages data throughout its lifecycle; builds hardware and software solutions; analyzes alarm and operational data; improves workflows and procedures; manages system configuration and releases; delivers executive briefings; and supports interagency coordination involving classified national security information.

Leads all-source intelligence analysis of threats to overseas diplomatic facilities, using classified and open-source reporting. Assesses risks, develops mitigation strategies, coordinates collection efforts, produces intelligence reports, briefs senior Department of State leaders, and maintains liaison relationships across intelligence, law-enforcement, and international communities. Supervises analysts and supports interagency committees focused on protecting national-security information, facilities, and personnel.

Perform network and computer vulnerability evaluations, plan security policies, design and test lab network/software/hardware, deploy network/video cabling, optimize network performance and security, troubleshoot systems, and document test results and recommendations for senior State Department managers.

Support MARCENT G-5 with security cooperation planning, reporting, and travel materials. Manage SC databases, construct trip books, produce reports and quad charts, coordinate lessons learned, generate funding and clearance requests, and provide administrative support.

Build full-stack web applications and high-performance visualizations for distributed simulation environments; design secure edge-to-cloud data pipelines; develop interactive 3D simulation components (Unity3D); implement encryption and secure networking; write automated tests and collaborate with hardware and subject-matter experts to prototype capabilities for defense-focused R&D and mission support.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain Unity-based interactive simulation applications (desktop, WebGL, Android, AR/VR). Integrate real-time data and geospatial systems, optimize performance, debug across platforms, and produce technical documentation. Submit portfolio or demo showcasing Unity experience.

Provide information and knowledge management support for MAGTF C2: collect and analyze user data, document workflows and information requirements, integrate user-centered design, support product management and usability testing, administer tactical communications/video networks (Starlink, ATAK, Axis, drones), participate in exercises and travel to observe operations, and produce reports and recommendations to inform engineering, training, and modernization efforts.

Provide modeling & simulation subject-matter expertise for MAGTF logistics training: build and validate simulation databases/federations, prepare control plans, conduct operational testing, train response cells, inject and document MSEL actions, submit STRs/ECPs, and support exercise adjudication and after-action reporting.

Provide expert instruction, mentoring, and advisory support for MAGTF staff training programs, wargames, seminars, exercises, and after-action reviews. Develop and deliver course materials, provide operational planning feedback, and share lessons from general officer tenure to prepare senior commanders and staffs for joint and combined operations.

Provide high-level subject-matter expertise to support capture, proposal, and operations teams. Conduct research, produce written responses to RFIs/RFPs and CDRLs, lead discussions, meet deadlines, and advance solutions for DOD and Intelligence Community customers. Work remotely with occasional travel as required.

Support MCTOG exercise design and EXCON from a Naval Surface Warfare perspective. Advise Marine Battle Staffs on naval integration, amphibious forcible-entry phases, MAGTF/Naval Fires, and joint concepts. Provide analysis of future operating environments, teach classroom instruction, attend conferences, draft trip reports, assess instruction, and present naval perspectives to Marine officers and staffs.

Provide subject-matter expertise and planning analysis for Information Operations (MISO, EW, offensive cyberspace, MILDEC, STO/SAP) in support of MARCENT and USCENTCOM. Attend conferences and working groups, review and contribute to command plans, produce assessments/briefs/messages, maintain STO/SAP facility accreditation, and support training and screening for SAP access.

Serve as a senior planner supporting MARCENT G-5 to lead bilateral and multilateral contingency plan development for the USCENTCOM AOR. Participate in planning conferences, draft responses, develop component supporting plans, produce briefs and assessments, and support MARCENT/CENTCOM planning groups and battle rhythm events.

Serve as a MAGTF training subject-matter-expert to design, plan, execute, and assess Force-on-Force training for ITX. Provide commander-level mentorship, develop scenarios and orders products, observe unit staff operations, deliver hotwash/AAR feedback, write detailed assessments and FER inputs, and act as scenario commander when required.

Perform independent facility security reviews and risk assessments, validate accreditation reports, provide accreditation recommendations, coordinate with Program and Physical Security Officers, produce and manage accreditation documentation, conduct site visits, and advise customers to ensure completeness and compliance with the government Facility Accreditation Process.

Support MARCENT KLE program management and COMUSMARCENT AOR travel coordination. Prepare trip books, talking points, briefs, and documentation. Maintain KLE records, portals, schedules, and track actions while coordinating across CENTCOM and HQMC stakeholders.

Skillbridge intern (remote, up to 6 months) to gain program and project management experience. Prioritize the intern's military transition, support planning and execution of projects, assist business development, operations, and program management, and participate in PMP-aligned training. Periodic travel for offsite events; Skillbridge program approval required.
