Plans and manages Marine Corps and joint military training exercises, wargames, planning conferences, and scenario development. Coordinates contractor personnel and exercise control agencies, advises exercise leadership, supports operational and tactical planning, and assists with systems training and role-playing. The role requires military planning experience, professional military education, TS/SCI access, U.S. citizenship, a passport, and 25% travel.

Provides senior intelligence-analysis expertise to Marine Air Ground Task Force training programs. Observes and assesses MAGTF organizations, reviews operational orders and procedures, identifies process friction, and develops improvement solutions. Plans and delivers operational-level instruction and education, supports senior-leader seminars and military schools, applies intelligence planning processes, and produces after-action and exercise evaluation reports. Requires extensive Marine Corps and joint planning experience, advanced security clearance, military education, and 30–40% travel.

Conducts technical surveillance countermeasures inspections using specialized techniques and advanced detection equipment to identify clandestine devices in secure facilities. Determines mission scope, manages equipment logistics and inspection data, prepares reports, supports compliance with Intelligence Community and Department of State directives, advises leadership, and assists with technical, physical, construction, and transit security matters. Requires 20–25% domestic travel and work at designated Virginia locations.
