Lead full-stack engineering for a SaaS wealth-management platform using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud services. Design scalable applications, REST APIs, and microservices; guide architecture, code reviews, testing, deployments, and performance optimization. Mentor developers, influence engineering standards, collaborate with product and client stakeholders, and solve complex requirements in a regulated financial-services environment.

Lead Objectway’s Canadian enterprise growth strategy across banking, wealth management, and financial services. Originate and close complex technology and consulting opportunities, manage strategic accounts and pipelines, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop consultative solutions, and build partnerships. Serve as the primary Canadian market representative while coordinating global teams through discovery, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and client handoffs.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology, digital, and business roles in Objectway’s Milan office. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, supporting employer branding, monitoring recruiting KPIs, delivering a strong candidate experience, and collaborating on onboarding. The role requires 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience, IT and digital recruiting expertise, strong communication skills, and English and French proficiency.
