Configure and implement Objectway software, migrate data from legacy systems into SQL Server, deploy/configure portfolio management and CRM software, optimize SQL Server performance, produce SQL-based reports, test releases, and collaborate with Functional Consultants to meet customer requirements.

Support development and evolution of Objectway's wealth management digital platform: manage backlog, analyze requirements, write user stories, support Agile teams, deliver client demos, assist onboarding, and gather client feedback to refine product features.

Lead execution of Objectway's Digital Wealth Platform in Canada, aligning business priorities, technology, governance, and regulatory requirements. Manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs and budgets, support agile governance adoption, drive continuous improvement, and represent Objectway culture locally while reporting to the CEO.
