Manage day-to-day operations for Tier 1-3 support. Lead infrastructure and application support projects, enforce SLAs, and apply PMP methodologies.

Lead the design, upgrade, and modernization of MuleSoft integration platform including runtime upgrades, CloudHub migrations, and governance. Ensure adherence to best practices and implement security measures.
