Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for AI-first financial products, working with customers, PMs, and engineers. Drive design systems, conduct user research, build prototypes, and champion a high design bar to create intuitive, auditable workflows for regulated institutions.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI labs, initially focusing on Google Cloud and Anthropic. Develop joint business plans, enable partner field teams, source opportunities, manage deal registration, and create co-sell processes, reporting, and pipeline metrics. The role owns partner relationships end to end and turns them into repeatable revenue channels for an AI platform serving regulated financial institutions.

Advise enterprise financial-services customers on identifying, prioritizing, and deploying high-impact AI opportunities. Develop AI strategies, business cases, solution concepts, roadmaps, and success metrics; partner with product, engineering, and program teams to move initiatives from strategy through production. Serve as a trusted executive advisor, facilitate strategic workshops, manage ambiguity, and measure business outcomes across regulated environments.
