Assists with creating print and digital visual content, including marketing collateral, social media posts, presentation decks, and internal communications. Manage automotive supply chain coordination across stores, planning, logistics, quality, engineering, and suppliers. Ensure timely availability and quality of components, raw materials, and sub-assemblies. Resolve supplier nonconformances, coordinate deliveries, mitigate supply risks, analyze gaps, report to management, and support supplier evaluation based on quality, planning, delivery, and service performance.

Implement, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator, and Analytics solutions. Build workflow automations, dashboards, reports, API integrations, webhooks, and Deluge-based applications. Gather requirements, manage project rollouts, troubleshoot systems, document solutions, train users, and mentor team members while serving as a technical liaison for clients and stakeholders.

Design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain embedded software for automotive ECUs. Develop low-level microcontroller drivers, implement CAN and UDS protocols, perform unit and integration testing on target hardware, and ensure compliance with MISRA, ASPICE, and ISO 26262. Collaborate with hardware and validation teams while maintaining technical documentation and release readiness.

Manage CRM systems, sales metrics, forecasting, territory and quota planning, dashboards, reporting, and sales documentation. Improve sales processes and productivity, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support incentive compensation and commission tracking, and assist with sales onboarding and training. Analyze customer and market data to provide actionable insights for leadership and sales reviews.

Provide first-line after-sales support to motorcycle customers, handling breakdowns, roadside assistance, service bookings, warranty queries, and escalations. Log cases in CRM and ticketing systems, coordinate with service centers and internal teams, monitor resolution timelines, educate customers, meet SLAs, and share recurring issues and customer insights for continuous improvement.

Partners with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion, compliance, compensation, and people analytics. Leads succession planning and performance cycles, advises leadership through organizational change, develops HR policies and processes, and coaches HR team members while collaborating cross-functionally to support growth and transformation.
