Identify and onboard OEMs, startups, integrators, and distributors; manage technical solution selling, quotations, negotiations, sampling, purchase orders, and payment follow-up. Build relationships with engineering, sourcing, and R&D teams, monitor EV market trends, support pricing and go-to-market strategy, coordinate order execution, and achieve revenue, margin, acquisition, and account-retention targets.

Implement, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator, and Analytics solutions. Build workflow automations, dashboards, reports, API integrations, webhooks, and Deluge-based applications. Gather requirements, manage project rollouts, troubleshoot systems, document solutions, train users, and mentor team members while serving as a technical liaison for clients and stakeholders.

Design, simulate, optimize, and validate electric motors for EV applications, including BLDC, PMSM, and induction motors. Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and structural analyses; develop specifications and technical documentation; support prototypes and testing; investigate failures; collaborate with power electronics, controls, mechanical teams, and suppliers; and ensure compliance with automotive and safety standards.
