Manage automotive supply chain coordination across stores, planning, logistics, quality, engineering, and suppliers. Ensure timely availability and quality of components, raw materials, and sub-assemblies. Resolve supplier nonconformances, coordinate deliveries, mitigate supply risks, analyze gaps, report to management, and support supplier evaluation based on quality, planning, delivery, and service performance.

Implement, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator, and Analytics solutions. Build workflow automations, dashboards, reports, API integrations, webhooks, and Deluge-based applications. Gather requirements, manage project rollouts, troubleshoot systems, document solutions, train users, and mentor team members while serving as a technical liaison for clients and stakeholders.
