Lead the strategic growth and performance of the lubricants and chemical business, with emphasis on Transaqua products. Oversee product development, sales, marketing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, operations, market intelligence, partnerships, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. Set and achieve revenue goals, expand market presence, manage industry stakeholders, and provide team leadership while ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead and manage all plantation and mill operations, drive production planning and budgets, ensure equipment and infrastructure readiness, enforce quality and certification standards, oversee cost and inventory control, staff training and performance, stakeholder engagement, and present monthly operations reports to the Board.

Lead all finance, accounting, reporting, treasury and budgeting functions. Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax/regulatory requirements, implement internal controls, coordinate audits, provide strategic financial analysis, and build a high-performing finance team to support business growth and operational efficiency.
