Requires strong communication, problem-solving, computer, math, and organizational skills, with occasional travel between locations.

Supports corporate banking customers through onboarding, enrollment, education, troubleshooting, and ongoing service for products including ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, merchant services, and online banking. Maintains customer records, coordinates issue resolution with technical and operations teams, assists sales efforts, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides accurate documentation and reporting. The role requires occasional travel to bank and customer locations.
