Provide nursing leadership and manage nursing services in a 60-bed skilled nursing facility. Oversee staffing, regulatory compliance, care coordination, policy development, incident response, admissions/transfers, performance evaluations, training, infection control, medication reviews, and participate in committees and surveys.

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents, supervise nursing staff, manage medications and documentation, conduct admissions/transfers/discharges, respond to emergencies, maintain care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in training and safety drills.
