Provides clerical, administrative, data, and technical support to the Recipient Rights team. Responsibilities include processing reports, maintaining records and databases, coordinating meetings, answering inquiries, researching rights violations, processing incident reports, preparing presentations and reports, and compiling accreditation data. The role requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, communication, organization, accuracy, and transportation for offsite meetings. A hybrid schedule is available.

Provides executive leadership for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, audits, internal controls, cash management, and investments. Oversees governmental and healthcare funding compliance, Medicaid managed care finance, cost accounting, financial risk, and long-range strategy. Leads the Budget and Finance Division, presents financial information to the Board, advises the CEO, manages external financial relationships, and supports fiscally responsible behavioral health service delivery.

Analyzes service delivery, billing, cost, utilization, budget, and financial data across provider networks. Prepares regulatory and financial reports, monitors contract and reporting compliance, evaluates fund allocations and cost trends, and develops statistical analyses, benchmarks, budgets, and visual presentations. Serves as a financial liaison among provider networks, the organization, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services while supporting rate setting, provider relations, and financial policy coordination.
