Open is seeking a Head of Growth to lead performance marketing strategies, focusing on user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing multiple channels, reporting on campaign performance, optimizing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, collaborating with the creative team, and conducting market research.

The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of movement teachers across yoga and fitness. They will develop training programs, assess instructor performance, provide feedback, and identify improvement areas. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders, research industry trends, and maintain training materials. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of yoga or fitness instruction experience are required.
